LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS (LLM) APPLICATIONS IN INSURANCE PROCESSES

T4F organized a workshop on Large Language Models (LLM) applications in insurance processes for one of the Top 5 Czech insurance companies last month. The workshop presented by our team members Pavel Zimmermann and Petr Sotona provided an overview of the existing capabilities of artificial intelligence and showed several applications of LLMs in concrete use cases. The workshop continued with an open discussion about further possible applications in the insurance company.
